There are different types of air conditioners, so their problems are different. These problems may not overlap in most air conditioning systems, so try to focus on the main system.
Common problem for fan systems: Airflow
The fans are installed in the air conditioning systems to load the air and do their work based on a certain amount of air resistance. If this amount increases or if the air load is less than the specified limit, the fan will wear out. One of the systems that works with the fan is the fan coil. Therefore, by changing the volume of incoming air to the fan coil, this system will have problems in cooling and heating.
Water leak in fan coil
The accumulation of water droplets in the fan coil is a common problem and to prevent this moisture from damaging the building, human health and of course the operation of the system, this water must be directed out through the pipe and tray. Failure to pay attention to this inevitable event threatens the health of the mentioned cases.
This pipe may become clogged and there may be a problem with water leakage. But in addition to water leakage in the fan coil, this leakage can occur for two other reasons: blockage of the pipe connection to the inlet or freezing of the coil.

This problem occurs due to the very large temperature difference between the system operation and the outside air.
Problem of not cooling the air despite the air conditioning system being on
If the system is on and the thermostat is working but the air is not cooling, the problem is with the system condenser. In this case, the condenser must be blocked or dirty and needs to be serviced.
Insufficient operation of the air conditioning system for the space
The newest and most expensive air conditioning system may have been purchased but may not meet the buyer’s needs. Not all air conditioners are suitable for every need and space. Room dimensions, geographical area, altitude, number of people present at the site, the amount of traffic and the number and dimensions of doors and windows are the criteria that must be included when purchasing the system to meet the needs of the system.

This problem is common in compression chillers and can occur for a variety of reasons. For example, compressor oil spoilage, oil dissolving in the refrigerant, bearing failure or overcharging of the refrigerant gas.
Other common problems with air conditioning systems include problems with a lack of continuous service. For example, the water used in chillers must be purified, the chiller must be serviced, acid-washed and cleaned annually, and other air conditioners need a specialist to service them annually or once every 6 months. Of course, in some home air conditioners, this can be done by the residents themselves.
